Chat Bot Comedy was a one-night-only, sold-out live show that turned Buddy Telco’s “Digital when you want it. Human when you need it” positioning into pure entertainment. We paired award-winning comedian Bron Lewis with a custom-built chatbot that improvised lines, cued jokes and created real-time clap backs. With no script and no safety net, the show became a clever, awkward, completely original demonstration of Buddy’s digital-first model and human support.

The idea extended beyond the stage through content collaborations with comedians and creators, driving hype, ticket sales and social engagement. The result: a packed Basement Comedy Club, 34 earned media stories (including KIIS FM), 242K social reach, and a 10% lift in Buddy’s followers.
